How It Started
I've been using nicotine pouches every single day for the past 10 years. I've tried hundreds of products across dozens of brands. Some were incredible. Most were average. And buying them online? That was almost always a frustrating experience.
Stores with half the catalogue out of stock. Pouches arriving stale because nobody bothered with proper storage. No real guidance on which brand or strength to pick — just endless product grids and generic descriptions. I kept thinking: someone needs to fix this.
So I did.
In 2025, I launched OutDare — my own line of nicotine, energy, and CBD pouches, built from scratch after testing 15 manufacturers across Europe and beyond. I spent 6 months refining the formula with the best factory I could find: natural flavours crafted by a former mixologist, pharmaceutical-grade nicotine, plant-fibre filling, xylitol instead of sucralose, and the highest quality pouch paper on the market. No throat burn. No weird aftertaste. No belly pain.
But I quickly realised something: people don't just want one brand. They want choice. They want their favourite ICEBERG or KILLA alongside something new. They want to compare, experiment, and find what works for them.

Thomas Agaraté · Founder & CEO
I'm a 32-year-old serial entrepreneur and nicotine pouch user since 2014. Before DarePouch, I founded SLICK — a motorised GoPro stabiliser that raised $450K on Indiegogo and shipped to 85 countries. I then ran four crowdfunding campaigns totalling over $10M in pre-orders. I co-founded Chatnode, an AI chatbot platform that became #2 on AppSumo and was acquired within a year.
I've always built products that solve problems I experience first-hand. DarePouch is no different. I've personally tested 500+ nicotine pouch products across 40+ brands. I write every collection guide on this site, and every product recommendation comes from real, hands-on experience — not marketing copy.

How We Pick What Goes on the Shelf
Not every brand makes it onto DarePouch. Before we stock a new product, we test it ourselves — strength accuracy, flavour quality, pouch construction, moisture level, and shelf life. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't get listed.
We also work directly with manufacturers to understand their production process, ingredient sourcing, and quality control. We've rejected brands that use artificial flavours, cheap filler materials, or inconsistent nicotine dosing. Our customers trust us to curate, not just to list everything that exists.
